The other day we saw the Mad Hatter on La Rambla. The Mad Hatter is one of the most successful street performers on Rambla because he has a good costume and a good character. We have seen him before but we never walked up to him. But when we saw the Mad Hatter this time we walked right up to him. He was really funny and I hope you like him as much as I do.
Victoria, I love the idea of the Mad Hatter. Did he speak to you at all, or does he only mime? I can see myself doing something like that on the streets of Boise, maybe when I retire from Riverstone some day long into the future. Do you and Harry want to try it when you get back? We could go down to the Saturday Market and give it a go. What kind of act should we do? I have plenty of costumes! What fun!
ReplyDeleteWe were thinking that we could also do a Mad Hatter tea party. I would be the rabbit, Victoria could be Alice, and you could be the Mad Hatter. Do you think that would be fun? We could give out cookies to people who joined our tea party (& gave us money).
