1000 years of art by Victoria

The Museu Nacional d'art de Catalunya is known for its collection of 1000 years of art. There was an entire section on Romanesque frescos. This included a 3-D interactive picture that was really fun to look at.

The museum is in a palace right above the magic fountain. It was a very historical place. There was so much history in every piece of art. You could feel the Catalunyan culture and it bridged a gap between the past and the present.

  3. "You could feel the Catalunyan culture and it bridged a gap between the past and the present." See, V! Your mastery of the language as a writer is so, so good! Keep it up. I love seeing you having all of these adventures. And I love even more that you are not counting down the days until you come back, but enjoying the time you have where you are. We'll do the counting down for you as we miss you, but we love that you are having such a great time and it was so cool to get to speak with you and see you all today! I think the favorite thing we learned is that you have Spanish lessons in the crepe shop. So awesome. Maybe we will have to have math or reading somewhere like Blue Cow when you get back to make it feel more like your Spanish 'home'? What do you think? ;)
